Why is something locked?
If a feature requires a paid plan, you’ll be directed to Pricing when you click it.
I saved a plan but don’t see it.
Go to Account. If you saved before signing up, link the saved plan after creating an account.
Money Score isn’t updating.
Refresh and re-open the Money Score panel. If it persists, copy debug info and send it below.
CSV uploads aren’t working.
Check column formats (date/amount). If you get errors, copy debug info and attach it to your message.

Send a message with context and (optional) debug info.
MVP: “Send message” stores your message locally (until we wire a real support inbox/form).
Later: route this to a form plugin, email, HelpScout, etc.
